The financials of the company are almost static and FY18 seen decline in bottom-line, RoNW is 48.49% and at CMP its looks fairly priced. Price difference is around 31% and acceptance ratio as per current share holding for retail will be around 13%, but it may be possible that this ratio may go down as more people will buy the stock for buyback and so we may expect the final acceptance ratio may be around 20% and profit may be 6%. So we give rating to this buyback.
