Incorporated in December 2014 and converted into a public limited company in April 2026, the company delivers experiential, hands-on learning designed to bridge theoretical classroom education with applied technical skill-building.

The company operates an integrated two-tier revenue model:

• Educational Laboratory Setup Projects: Institutional engagements centered on designing, supplying, and commissioning technology labs, including tender-driven Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) under NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission nationwide.
• Subscription & Educational Services: High-margin, recurring-revenue streams powered by Young Engineers Garage (YEG) subscription learning modules and franchise-operated Young Engineers Academy (YEA) learning centers.

The company operates an asset-light assembly infrastructure headquartered in Mundhwa, Pune. All product architecture and technical specifications are designed in-house, while physical parts are produced by vetted contract manufacturers. Procured components are inspected, assembled into standardized DIY kits, and dispatched directly from the Pune facility.

Robokidz maintains dedicated in-house R&D capabilities spanning hardware and software ecosystems. Its proprietary software stack comprises Drag-on.ai (an interactive block-based coding platform), a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) for student progress evaluation, and the Robokidz RC application for controlling Wi-Fi-enabled robotics modules. Its hardware portfolio features custom modular kits including Autobotix, Mechbotix, Grabot, and AIoT development boards. Delivery frameworks adhere strictly to NEP 2020 experiential learning mandates and hold ISO certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 21001:2018, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Based on its historical financial data, Robokidz Eduventures has shown strong top-line and net profit compound growth. The company posted total income and net profits of ₹38.31 Cr / ₹2.42 Cr in FY24, ₹59.16 Cr / ₹4.98 Cr in FY25, and ₹93.72 Cr / ₹10.06 Cr in FY26. PAT has expanded at a 103.67% CAGR over this period. Total borrowings stood at ₹29.80 Cr in FY26, of which ₹2.20 Cr will be repaid using fresh issue proceeds. The company boasts an average EPS of ₹17.39 and an average RoNW of 49.19% for the last three fiscals. Based on the pre-issue book value, the issue is priced at a Pre-Issue P/BV of 2.97 against a NAV of ₹35.74 (as of March 31, 2026). Factoring in the fresh issue proceeds, the Post-Issue P/BV stands at 2.22. Attributing the latest earnings to the expanded post-issue equity base, the asking price translates to a Post-Issue P/E of approximately 47.50 (FY24), 23.12 (FY25), and 11.45 (FY26). As per the RHP, there are no directly comparable listed peers in India that match the company's business model, product offerings, and operational profile.

On the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) front, the issue is managed by GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited, which has handled 64 public issues to date. Out of its last 10 managed IPOs, all 10 listed at or above the issue price. As of September 14, 2026, two of these recent issues are currently trading below their issue price, while the remaining eight are trading at or above it.
