As per financials, Srivari Spices And Foods Limited has shown good results, RoNW is 34.35% and P/E is respectively 41.20 and 9.60 as per FY22 and FY23 earnings, so as per FY22, issue is fully priced and as per FY23, reasonably priced. Sudden rise in net-profit is very surprising and it may be difficult to maintain same margin in future. Company is in business of manufacturing spices and floor (chakki atta), which is a highly fragmented and competitive segment. Performance of BRLM is good. So we are giving rating to this SME IPO.
